2000 Rover Mini Cooper Sportpack in Tahiti Blue. Being built in 2000, this is one of the last remaining Mini’s built before production finished. The car has only had 5 owners (it was a demonstration car for Camarthen Rover dealer from new) and has only 51,000 miles which shows in the way it drives, the 1275 engine is very responsive and the gearbox is very tight, its so much fun to drive and a fantastic investment as genuine Mini Cooper Sportpacks are now extremely sought after and prices are increasing rapidly.

The car has MOT till October 2024, and has been subject to a full restoration (new front end and door skins) including a full glass out respray, this was completed in August 2021.

The paintwork is flawless, there is no rot or rust, as part of the restoration the suspension and brake components were replaced for new, including brand new springs and hi-lo fully adjustable suspension.

The front and rear subframes were cleaned and repainted and the underside was also prepped and painted on a rotisserie.

The engine has also been checked over and new parts fitted where required such the fuel pump and the alternator as well as fully detailed, finally the car has just been serviced, with new plugs, plug wires etc. It starts on the button and runs great, it has a full stainless exhaust system fitted which sounds awesome!

Brand new superlight 7x13 alloy wheels in anthracite with brand new Nankang tyres have just been fitted and look fantastic, the tracking was also done at the same time so its set up perfectly for the road.

On the inside the car is totally standard as it left the factory with the exception of an expensive stereo and its had a brand new walnut dash professionally fitted by a mini specialist, the original steering wheel and gear knob have also been subject to gentle restoration.

The car comes with a history file that includes all the original services books, as well as bills and receipts for work undertaken on the car and previous MOT’s.

The car is in fantastic condition and is ready to jump in and be enjoyed.
