A perfect set from The Isle of Harris Distillery, including their second release The Hearach whisky and their delicious award winning gin.

 

The Hearach second release marks the continuation of a historic whisky, deeply influenced by the island's rich heritage. Aged for a minimum of five years in a blend of first-fill ex-bourbon casks and Oloroso and Fino sherry butts. This lightly peated whisky is non-chill filtered, and with natural colouring.

 

Experience the award-winning Isle of Harris Gin, crafted in the Outer Hebrides village of Tarbert. Distilled in 'The Dottach,' a small copper gin still, and bottled by hand.

The exquisite bottle design reflects the essence of Harris, while its contents offer a refreshing maritime gin enriched with local, hand-harvested Sugar Kelp and a blend of carefully selected botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander seed, pepper, orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark, orris root, and liquorice root. A true taste of the islands.

 


 

Draw is set for 30th of Dec and WILL NOT be extended. If it sells faster we will draw it right away! Once all the tickets are sold, or the draw countdown timer ends - we will draw this prize live on our Facebook page using Google Random Number Generator to select the winner. All entrants are welcome to come and watch the draw live, in person also. The entry list will be posted up on our website, under the entry list tab BEFORE the live draw. We then run a couple of tests, and once we have confirmation from live viewers that the feed is clear - we draw the winning number. You do not need to be watching as we will call you - but its good fun to! We normally get a few hundred live viewers…
