How do I know this is real?

We are a genuine limited company opened in 2020, registered as The Online Giveaway Guys Ltd. You'll find live videos of our prize draws and winners on our Facebook page and Instagram so check those out and see for yourself that we are the real deal!

How many times can I enter each competition?

Each competition has a maximum number of entries per person, which is clearly stated on the individual competition page.

What happens if you don't sell out the competition?

We draw the prize on the specified date regardless of the number of tickets sold. If a prize sells out before the specified date we may draw it early.

Where can I watch the prize draw?

You can watch the prize draw live, on the advertised date, on our Facebook and YouTube page. We have live draw every week:

  • Sunday at 8:30pm
  • Tuesday - 8:30pm
  • Friday - 10:00pm

How do I know if I've won?

We’ll announce the winner in a live draw on our Facebook and YouTube page and then contact the winner directly to arrange collection of their prize.

We will also post the name of the winner on our website and social media.

I've won! What happens now?

Congratulations! We’ll reach out within 48 working hours using the contact details on your account. Please ensure your details are up to date, as you’ll need to respond within 7 days to claim your prize.
